The Gas about the FZ16

FZ – One of the most successful bikes of 2009-2010. One of the most ridiculed bike by the so called performance enthusiasts as well.

 A lot of performance enthusiasts wont ever comment on this topic but then there are other ‘wannabe-performance-enthusiasts’ who will never leave a chance to flame the poor FZ.

My sympathies to the sour grapes mentality.

No one in their right frame of mind would say that the FZ is underpowered…. A rather apt line would be that the FZ is underpowered to its looks… 

Now, that is totally different argument….

You cannot blame the poor “lord of streets” which looks like the son of a billionaire but is malnourished as a rag pickers kid. Please note the rag picker is still gifted with abilities which are probably much ahead of other kids on the street.

• The FZ handles way better than most bikes in the segment from 150-220C
• The FZ looks meaner than most bikes in the segment from 150-220C
• The FZ generates respectable power in the bikes in the segment from 150-220C

 So why the crib?

Simple, its looks outlive the performance that it gives…
