Introduction to something

Well, yes it is.. an Introduction, but what? Introduction of me? of my biking? of something else?
Well to answer it may sound like all three, but it is introduction of something else.. Something totally different that I wanted to pen. Something that I know I would love to read and recall… Here it goes

As a kid I was always fascinated with motorcycles. No, the fascination wasn’t on the power, the looks or anything that any normal kid would have, I was fascinated on how people used to ride it, take control off it, how they’d balance it.
As a child, cars seemed simple, 4wheels = instant balance, but 2 punny wheels on a metallic frame, with a massive chunk of metal as its engine. That had some charm.
People skillfully riding it, manoeuvring it, through good roads or bad, through straights or curves, through empty lanes and by lanes to cutting traffic. This was my idea of a super power, and as every kid back then wanted to be superman, I wanted to have this super power.
Fortunately or not, I grew up having fond memories of a Yezdi Roadking and a Rajdoot 350.
So much to the extent that I nicknamed my uncle (with the RD350) as Durrraaaaa maamu!
Durrraaa the sound that I could hear when he zoomed on his RD, and maamu is ofcourse uncle in tulu.
Remember that roaring inline 4 whizz or that thump that you drooled upon when you were a teen, well that happened to me when I was still wearing diaper!!
At a time when I was learning to construct words. At a time when I understood that I’ve been blessed with a name. Satyen Poojary. That’s me.

More to come
